My Life Mission

By Steve Sjogren | June 12, 2006

Life Mission Statement:

Inviting Others Into Success by Making the Dangerous Doable”

The same principle holds true for companies and organizations. There is a “dream phase” for any group when nothing seems impossible, when the horizon is open and there are no limitations, when there is no fear of the future, when there is no fear of “not enough” in the organization.

Go back to that time of purity, that time of simplicity and dream big dreams, think big thoughts once again. Stop the limited thinking that causes your hearts and minds to shut down. “Repent” for thinking too small, too few, too controlled and open up the floodgates once again.

Let the river flow that began as a trickle once upon a time. Jump back into that river. The water is just fine! It’s not too cold. You won’t get hurt! Go to a professional sign shop and have a large sign made up – maybe several signs made up and post them around your office to remind your people, “Dream Big!” No small dreams allowed around here!
