Steve talks about what it takes to create a legendary work environment, one in which every decision-maker makes a difference. As a sidenote he speaks against the notion that everybody is replacable. In the final analysis, whether you are making widgets or providing disaster relief, it is not about your products but it is your people that insure your profitability and your ability to make a "dent in the world."
