You’ve heard is said many times, I’m sure, "Everybody is replaceable." In today’s talk Steve encourages leaders to drop that kind of talk. While it has an element of truth, the downside is loss of morale. Rather than being constantly thinking about "moving up or out" why not think instead of longevity, decades of commitment to an organization. According to Steve, it is this kind of thinking that makes a legendary work environment.
