Can I use my phone USB charger as a data cord?
Okay, my boyfriend has a Nokia 6126 and has not been able to find a data cord for it to take the pictures and videos off of his phone. Nokia.com has them on "back order" (for the past 5 months) and best buy, circuit city, etc. never have any. I've searched e-bay, amazon, everything and was never able to find anything until Thanksgiving day, or so I thought. So we ordered a USB charger from some company online and I figured if it is USB it must be able to connect my phone to the computer and finally we can take the pictures off. So I plugged it in today and all it's doing is charging the phone. I downloaded drivers, searched for hardware on the computer, everything I can think of. Is it even able to connect to the computer or is it just the computer connecting to the phone?! If so, then can someone help me find a data cord for a Nokia 6126 phone?

well you can always try it but the best way is if you have the cd that came with the phone then connect it through bluetooth and just in case your pc or laptop doesnt have bluetooth then buy a bluetooth dongle which is about no more than $20 these days good luck
