I Need Help, My MP3 Player Audio Is Not Working!?

Hey guys. I need help with my MP3 player. I use a Sansa C250. Here is a picture if u need to see it.... http://mobbit.info/media/3/SansaC200.jpg ... The problem is when i put my earphones on, i can only hear the right speaker. And i know theres nothing wrong with my earphones because i used like 3 different ones. And i also bought a new one. The only way i can hear both speakers is when i plug my earphones halfway through my MP3 player. Can anyone help me with this problem? I really dont wanna buy a new MP3 player.

Do you have a receipt or warranty, take it back cause they will give you a new one!
